Jamaican recipes........?

ok so im jamaican and with rice and peas if thats what your gona cook make sure to boil ur pea first and one half of bag will be enough then after uve boiled the peas put the rice in. and let it cook. and if i was u i would cook curry chicken instead of goat because goat takes a lot of time and if not cooked right willl still be though.
