What is the best romantic restaurant in the South Jersey area?

I am looking for a fine dining experience in South Jersey. I would prefer Italian cuisine, but anything will do so long as it is romantic and in the Southern New Jersey area, the closer to Vineland, the better, but anyplace in South Jersey, Philadelphia or Wellington, DE will do.
