College Majors? (nursing/ art?)?

So I have always wanted to become a nurse, but after taking highschool bio and chemistry (and getting c's) I decided I really didn't like these topics very much. Is there any way nursing could still work? I was also wondering if there was any careers/ majors anyone could think if that has a creative/ artsy approach but is not as risky as just declaring art as a major. I love creating things, and using my hands and everything, but I am not very good at drawing. Or how hard is it to get a job in the art therapy area?
