Will i lose weight? please answer for more advice!;]?

okay for this summer im starting a weigh loss plan that i eat Special K cereal & fruit with a cup of apple juice,then go on the treadmill for 1 hour then snack around 12 i get a Special K protein bar then at 3 i eat lunch which is anything that is low cal n add a friut and water then go on the treadmill fo another hour,then snack with a gronola bar n last at 6 i eat dinner which it Lean Cuisine meal that are around 200- 260 with lots of water n lot eating t night n im starting to take b-12 injections twice a week & it suppose to help me boost my energy.BTW IM 15 YEARS OLD N IM 213 POUNDS So if u have advice that will help me lose weight i will appreaticate it:]
